Tom Hickey
Tom Hickey, founder and owner of ICT Auto Pros has always had a passion for the automotive industry. For 26 years he has been enhancing the appearance of vehicles of all kinds thru his extensive experience in paintless dent repair (PDR). Tom has traveled all over the Midwest and East Coast to bring the most effective and up-to-date techniques from the industry to his customers. He has worked with every type of automotive business from single owner, one bay body shops, to large corporate repair facilities with thousands of employees and hundreds of locations. He has a track record of being a one-stop shop for working directly with insurance companies, overseeing a variety of jobs, and always keeping the customer's best interest as his first priority.
When Tom is not making vehicles look their best, he enjoys spending time with his family. He and his son Austin enjoy motocross, fishing, hunting, and spending time outdoors. The Hickey family also enjoys traveling, going to sporting events, and simply spending time together. Faith, family, and business are his top three priorities.
Austin Hickey
Austin Hickey, lead technician at ICT Auto Pros, has enjoyed following in his father’s footsteps in the automotive repair industry since he was in high school. Austin is certified in ceramic coating thru XPEL along with GlassParency, which gives their customers a “double guarantee” of warranty from not only ICT Auto Pros, but the manufactures as well. Austin is also equipped with extensive knowledge of vehicle parts and creating and sustaining efficient processes to keep the customer informed.
When Austin actually has some downtime, he enjoys working on home projects, going to live music venues, attending sporting events, hunting with his friends, and traveling with his family. He loves spending time with his significant other and their two dogs. He always remembers that they are one of the factors that drive him to do what he does every day. Austin strongly believes when you love what you do, you never work a day in your life and he and his father absolutely love what they do.
